A Smart Merger of two B-BBEE companies – AGE Reinsurance and Naledi Reinsurance Brokers to build local capacity for Africa. This is the first 100% black owned reinsurance brokerage company in South Africa and Africa.
The business will focus on the BRICS Trade and Development Risk Pool and growth into Africa and the emerging markets.
